Teetask provides IT and digital marketing services including website development, app development, SEO, Google Ads management, digital marketing, ERP/CRM development, and AI solutions. Service terms are governed by individual client agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Teetask and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client-owned content and custom deliverables are transferred upon full payment as per project agreements.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals and contracts. Typically, we require 50% advance payment before project commencement and the remainder upon completion. Monthly retainers are billed in advance.
5. Limitation of Liability
Teetask shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
